Pinoy Party Rentals – Terms and Conditions
1. General
By hiring from Pinoy Party Rentals (PPR), the Hirer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all equipment, décor, and services provided by PPR.
2. Bookings and Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.

Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront to secure the booking.

Failure to pay the deposit or balance within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
3. Bond and Liability

A refundable bond is required for all hires.
-
The bond will be refunded in full once all items are returned on time, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition as when hired.

Any loss, damage, breakage, or missing items will be charged at the current replacement cost and deducted from the bond.

If damages exceed the bond amount, the Hirer must pay the balance within 24 hours of notice.
4. Cleaning Requirements

All rental items must be cleaned and returned in the same condition they were provided.
-
Tables and chairs must be wiped free of dirt, food, or stains.
-
Chafing dishes and utensils must be properly washed, dried, and returned grease-free.
-
Items returned dirty or wet will incur a cleaning fee starting at $25, with additional charges depending on time, effort, and cleaning materials required.

Excessive dirt, mould, or food residue may incur deep cleaning charges up to $100 per item.
5. Late Returns and Collection

All items must be returned or made available for collection at the agreed date and time.

Late returns will incur a $50 per day late fee (per order) or 25% of the daily hire rate, whichever is higher.

Items not returned within 48 hours of the due time will be considered lost, and the full replacement cost will be charged to the Hirer.
6. Damage and Misuse

The Hirer is fully responsible for all hired items from the time of collection/delivery until they are returned to PPR.

Equipment must not be used for purposes other than intended and must be protected from theft, fire, vandalism, and weather damage.

Broken, cracked, or bent items must be reported immediately.
-
Any repairs or replacements will be charged at the current market value of the item.
-
Do not use tape, staples, glue, or nails on furniture, décor, or gazebos unless approved by PPR.
7. Gazebos and Outdoor Equipment

Gazebos must be secured at all times using weights or pegs.
-
Gazebos should not be left unattended overnight or in open/windy areas.
-
PPR will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect setup or extreme weather conditions.
8. Balloon Garlands and Décor

PPR will make every effort to replicate reference photos for balloon garlands and props; however, exact color shades, arrangement, and sizes may vary.

Floral arrangements, cutouts, and structural props remain the property of Pinoy Party Rentals unless specifically sold to the client.

Balloon installations are designed for indoor use unless otherwise agreed. Exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or wind may reduce their lifespan, and PPR accepts no liability for such effects.
9. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability.

In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, PPR may offer credit or rescheduling options at its discretion.
10. Inspection and Acceptance

The Hirer must inspect all hired items upon collection or delivery.
-
Any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.

By accepting the items, the Hirer acknowledges that they are in good working condition.
11. Default and Termination

PPR reserves the right to terminate the hire and recover all equipment without notice if the Hirer breaches any terms or fails to make payment.

The Hirer remains liable for any costs associated with recovering the equipment, outstanding hire fees, or repair charges.
12. Agreement
By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
