Is a bond required for hire items?
Customers are required to provide a minimum bond of $100.00 NZD. The bond amount may vary based on the type or quantity of items being hired. The bond will be refunded once the items have been returned and inspected for any damages. If damages are found, our customer service team will contact you.
Is a deposit required?
Customers are required to pay 50% of the total invoice amount to secure the booking. The balance of the invoice amount is required to be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date. Any bookings made less than 7 days before the event date will be required to make full payment to secure the booking. If payment of the deposit/ balance has not been received within the specified time, Pinoy Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you cancel between one to four weeks of the event, a 25% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your order less than 7 days of the event, there will be no refund of the deposit.
Do I need to clean the items before I return them?
Yes, all rental items must be cleaned by the customer after use before being returned. If items are returned uncleaned, Pinoy Party Rentals will charge a cleaning fee of 25% of the total hire cost.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. The price below includes delivery and collection from your event location.
Within a 20km radius of Pinoy Party Rentals Location – $80
Within the Auckland Region but outside the 20km up to 30km radius of Pinoy Party Rentals location – $100
Additional costs apply if outside of office hours, difficult access, i.e stairs, long distances from parking to your venue and/ or security issues. The above prices are a guide only, for pricing, please enquire.
Can I change my event date?
Yes. Customers can change the event date at no additional charge, provided that Pinoy Party Rentals have the item(s) available on the new date and we’ve been notified of the changes at least five working days before the scheduled delivery.
What if an item gets damaged during the party?
If any equipment is damaged during the event, a fee will be charged to cover repair or replacement costs.
How soon do I need to make booking?
Early booking and payment of the deposit which is 50% of the total invoice amount will guarantee that you get the items and the date you need. We advise that you confirm your booking as soon as you can.
